<---Here We Go Again
After a weekend of soul searching I have decided to once again seek your financial assistance in my ongoing legal wrangle down in Arizona.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO NATCA ON MY BEHALF. I need Pat Forrey, Paul Rinaldi and the Timid Ten riding in to play heroic whores after they collectively hid behind Rita's skirt like I need a third nut.
That lily-livered, pusillanimus, indolent cabal of booze hounds has had over a year to yank their collective cranium out of their organizational rectum. Instead they have chosed to fornicate the canine over and over and over and over again.
Bob Marks will give you guidance on what he would like on his behalf; I just don't want to give the NATCA National Office the bragging rights on this one. In fact, if you send any money to NATCA National on my behalf, you would have been better off throwing it out your car window. I certainly won't accept it, and I'm confident that in due time Forrey et. al. will pass a resolution over-ruling the will of the convention body and giving them leave to spend the money on smokes and porn. Good luck with that.
I'll take my chances here at The Main Bang. Every cent you contribute will go to the defense of the memory of Linda Petersen, and to the defense of truth, justice and the American Way.
The NATCA National Executive Board bedwetters, political chickenshits and rookie politicians will just have to find somebody else to "vigorously fundraise" for. I sure as hell don't want them "vigorously fundraising" for me.
I've seen the quality of their work. I'm not impressed. Besides.....Pat and his pals have mucho trabajo, poco tiempo. Methinks they should spend the next ten months trying to fulfill even one of the promises on this glossy brochure in my lap. Maybe then they will only get run out of town, not tarred and feathered beforehand.
Any help you can give to the Chip-In will be gratefully appreciated.

what about giving to the defense funds set up by Kevin Sherwood?
Posted by: loser | October 06, 2008 at 05:09 PM
Dear Loser,
You don't mind if I call you that, do you? ;-)
Kevin Sherwood is kind to set that up, and I would be honored by any help, actually, that does not go through the hands of the criminally insane (i.e., the NEB.)
Thanks,
John

"their bed-wetting counsel..."
Gee, remind everyone again who hired Rita, John.
You are a sad, pathetic, desperate individual.

Taylor....as in Bob Taylor??? Speaking of sad and pathetic....isn't Sam holed up in DC somewhere instead of a hotel room in St. Louis???? From what I understand....the dingleberries on my sphincter are worth about as much to Natca as you are! What you are to Natca, Scott McClelan was to the Bush administration! At least Scott eventually grew a brain!

John... I won't be in this Chip-In, but I'll be setting up direct deposit for some dough out of each check instead. Are you going to set up a separate bank account for that purpose? You should... and if you don't, and need someone else to, holler. I'll do it.

Don't Know Me,
"Taylor" is some coward from Reston, Virginia. Probably a sup at the Command Center, or one of any number of mindless drones who work at the Puzzle Palace. I know...I've got chunks of them in my stool.
Do come back, "Taylor." You are fun to mock.

Politicians take money from major corporations? I'm aghast!
Posted by: What's your point? | October 07, 2008 at 12:18 PM
All,
I'll be long bankrupt by the time the NEB does anything in regards to fund raising or disbursement. That is simply, from my perspective, no longer an option. Give generously to John, here, and you can contribute to my cause at http://kevin.thesherwoods.org/
We are on our own. Thank you for your consideration.

What a sad group we have become. What kills me is there are some radicals out there that are almost like terrorists in the "ends justifies the means" mentality! These people think that as long as they get their satisfaction of seeing their enemy destroyed, whoever gets caught in the friendly fire is just collateral damage. These people hate John Carr and blame him for everything up to and including global warming, and are so hot to see him taken out that they just don't care who else gets hurt. These people are so blinded by their hate that they just don't care about the rightness of the cause. These are some of the same people that throw the word solidarity around like it's the beginning and end of their existence, toss other phrases around like "protect the box" etc. I guess all that only applies when you like the person or issue. I would hate to work in one of their facilities where I can only assume they decide what kind of representational service you get based on whether or not you fit THEIR version of a "good Union brother or Sister" or if they think you deserve whatever you have coming to you.
Personally, I think when Pat took the blog in its entirety and forwarded it, he took ownership of the issue. For someone who was so hyper-critical of it he sure used it when it benefited him. That's kind of the definition of hypocrite btw. That changed my opinion of this whole issue when I read those emails. John Carr didn't get NATCA named in this suit, PAT FORREY DID! And Bob Marks responded to a request for help from a NATCA representative. This is a no-brainer. But if we help him, it makes it harder to ignore John, so sorry Bob, you get to burn at the stake too. Linda Peterson, her name and memory getting dragged through the mud again and probably distressing her family no end? Well, can't waste dues money on that battle......might help John Carr so Linda and her family get abused by NATCA now instead. Paul Cox, being sued by the same group, well......you know, NATCA couldn't possibly drum up a lawyer or two to counter FAA management so guess you're on your own. This PHX lawyer must be Matlock and Perry Mason rolled into one since NATCA is so scared of him.
On a side note, how many fired reps have gotten their jobs back under the current regime? I can't think of one. Seems to me the current legal teams priorities need some revising.
All I can say, is when the next NATCA elections are held I'm not voting for a single incumbent. Much like the Nov. elections, I don't much care who I vote for, it's who I'm voting against. And that's very sad when one's attitude gets that negative to their elected officials.

All,
Thanks for the support and well wishes. 18 months, thanks, and I know I have you all.
I'll probably get banned from the BBS soon, but I want to address something that came up at the convention that Rita Graf wrote in her Treatise on Cowardice. That the current suit is not a re-litigation of the Linda Petersen EEOC case. That is simply not true.
The Plaintiff's attorney used a FOIA request to obtain Linda's OWCP records. He got them in late July or early August. The reason they are now public is because when you die your right to privacy goes away. Now, why would he need those? To re-litigate the case. Linda's father sent me the letter, along with a hand written plea for us to stop this most unethical person. After over 5 years, Gilding/Pearson will not let her father alone, and insist on tearing open the scars of grief for this poor man.
And our union is doing nothing about it but watching.
I am truly sickened.

I will make a prediction. Withing a very short time after Pat and Paul get voted out of office, one or both will be in the FAA management ranks. Pat your an ass and Paul your no better.

Yo JTB,
I sent you and Mr. Marks another $100.00 recently... sent via the Sherwood site. Looking forward to your victory in this matter.
